My background as an engineer makes me a bit of an outlier as I now deliver positive psychology infused performance coaching and consulting that supports my clients to thrive in life and business. In my former career, I planned, executed and optimized $80MM capital projects in the Calgary Oil & Gas industry. I began to observe that my operational optimization efforts were overlooking an important factor: the people. Driven to understand the strengths and experiences that enable individuals to perform at their best, I completed an accredited coach training program and went on to graduate with a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Let's talk employee satisfaction and employee motivation!
We live in a world of the questions we create. As your coach, it is my job to synthesize all the information you share and skillfully craft GREAT questions. Great questions help you to generate new possibilities, unleash hidden potential, and succeed in your personal and professional aspirations.

Darrah combines the analytical mind of an engineer, the emotional intelligence of a coach, and the science of a positive psychology pioneer to her work with individuals, teams, and organizations. If you are looking for an executive coach, workshop leader, or keynote speaker who can bring positive psychology and coaching to boost performance and create a workplace where people excel, then Darrah E. M. Wolfe is a highly credible choice.

Darrah has an encouraging way of viewing the world: she doesn't view setbacks as failures but as the opportunity to learn and provide a solution to a challenge. She is talented in operational performance analysis, project management, and in developing and facilitating project kick-off and leadership training sessions. I can honestly say, as an operational superintendent, I could never have imagined the value and enjoyment Darrah brought as an engineer, leader, and friend to my team. In one operational recommendation alone in our first year together she saved our project $1 Million. After six years of working together, I would recommend Darrah as an out of the box thinker who inspires individuals and leads teams to bring out their A-Game.

Darrah has been my business coach since June 2016 and working with her has made a very positive impact on my practice. She provides a very valuable contribution by asking questions that help me to constructively evaluative my business goals and by using assessment tools and metrics that professionals in her field have available. Two examples she's helped with were working toward specific business goals of increasing my clientele through networking and evaluating an expansion opportunity. Her insightful questioning and coaching assessment tools applied directly and helped guide me to a decision I was very happy with.
Darrah is very enthusiastic, personable and committed to her clients. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.
